In the last years several different courses at the WVTC (Windhoek Vocational Training Centre) had been offered to ex-offenders. Apart from members at WVTC, CHANGE offices offer daily sessions in the following areas:

  at five levels
• Basic Computer Skills and on request Advanced Computer Science
  at five levels
• Basic English Communication Course
  at three levels
• Life skills Up-Grading Course
• Entrepreneurship Skills
  at two levels
